As a Transformational Nutrition Coach and Comprehensively Trained Pilates Instructor, I’m excited to help women like you take control of chronic stress with practical solutions. There was a time in my life when I was stressed to the max. I didn’t even know what self care was. I longed for a massive shift in mindset, but didn’t know where to turn for advice. That was until I came to the understanding that life didn’t have to be so crazy difficult and downright depressing. I took control of my stress levels and renewed my connection to myself. How long will the course take?

You will receive a new lesson in your inbox every 3 days, for a total of 10 lessons. Additionally, you will have access to my GLOW CALM Private Facebook group where you can ask questions and get support from me, as well as others in the group.

What kind of time commitment should I expect?

Each lesson and activity should take under 30 minutes to complete. There are 10 lessons.

Do I need to know anything about this subject before I take the course?

Nope. In the Welcome Guide, there are plenty of resources covering the topic of stress–the meaning of stress and how it affects your health. We’ll go over what Calm really means and there are additional resources to enhance your learning and help you achieve your stress reduction goals.

How long will the course material be available?
