The last few months have been pretty busy for me, between pilates clients, choreographing projects at the high school, and taking care of my family, it often leaves me with little time to spare. How about you?
During these busier seasons I don’t always have time to do a full workout. Sometimes, just taking a few minutes to move, whether it be doing pilates or something else, is all I need to get a little boost of energy and rejuvenation.
